NEW CAMERA!!!!

My dad is totally the greatest, sometimes I hate his guts but really I do love him to death. So tonight I was watching the hills on MTV and he wakes up and makes up this whole story about going to Circuit City and some guy was buying a Canon Rebel EOS XS for like $400 something and I was like "GET OUT?" That's a complete steall normally they're like $600+ and he said it was the last one so he wasn't able to look at or purchase the camera, but apprently my dad is a really good LIAR and he just wanted to know whether it was something I would be able to use for school and my future. So he walks back into his room and comes out with a bag with the camera in it, I was like "GET OUTTTTTTT!!!!" he bought me a camera, and not just any camera a digital SLR camera!!!! I'm not allowed to play with it until I get my loan and am able to pay him back but still just the fact that he got it so cheap and clearly he has been thinking about me and my future goals. It's so great to FINALLY feel like I have his support in my life, this whole time I've been thinking he doesn't think i have the talent and what it takes to become a great photographer but definately now his actions and proved how much he does care and support me! I can't wait to start taking pictures!!!
